Happy Anniversary!

So four years ago today I was getting ready for my wedding. It was beautiful...didn't even rain till the reception was almost over! :) We were both nervous...and Peter hardly smiled because of this..but in the end he smiled in many of the photos just so I can enjoy them for the rest of our lives. You see..he likes to smirk..and say it is a smile. I need to see teeth to see a smile. So being the great man he is he smiled and showed his teeth in many of the photos for our album. The day went by so quickly I am so glad we have so many photos to remember the day with..because I really don't remember much of it. It just was like a blink of an eye and it was over...it just doesn't seem real! So we are still alive and in love and have two beautiful daughters together since that beautiful day. Zachary was adopted by Peter in August 2004. So we are just one big happy family.

Blowing Bubbles

So what 2 ..almost 3 year old doesn't love blowing bubbles? Melody is no exception. I love watching her try to blow them. What a cute little face she makes! (See the 5th photo below) She had so much fun..it was very hard to get her to come inside to take her nap that afternoon. :)

Kylie's first taste of pasta!

So on May 14th, 2007 Kylie had her very first taste of pasta. I made Ree's Chicken and Spaghetti for dinner and picked out the chicken and gave her the pasta. Boy did she LOVE IT! She gobbled down almost every single bite!

Getting the front flower garden ready....

Peter was nice enough to dig up the grass and get the area out front ready for plants. I was busy after he got it ready and planted a bunch of beautiful flowers. I love looking at them. They are blooming beautifully! We also have a hanging basket and some flower boxes with herbs and some pepper plants. Melody had fun digging in the dirt with Daddy as well. Kylie had a great time just watching..even though I think she really wanted to get down in the dirt and play too!

Grandma and Grandpa's House

Haveing fun at Grandma and Grandpa's house in early May. Melody had so much fun just being able to run so far! Our apartment doesn't have that much room to play. The grass is getting very green and growing quickly and the weather is definately warming up. It got to 89 degrees F today! I just love spring even thought it seems as if summer is quickly coming to kill us with the humidity! Got to love New England! Kiddos

So the kids and I have been busy playing outside in the nice weather and just not around the computer as much lately. Sorry to my regular readers..even though there aren't many of you I know how you must love reading my blog and viewing the photos of my beautiful children. :)

So I had many more photos posted here but I just realized..I posted them already..lol. Must just be some of my favorites!

The BEST Chocolate Sheet Cake EVER!!!

I have never ever eaten a sheet cake and all I can say is Oh My Goodness! This is the best cake ever! I can't stop! It is super moist and chocolately and so super easy to make!

Kiddos..who's who update.

Ok..so you were all right. I need to find photos that are so much closer to the same. The difference is also that Melody weighed 1lb. 6oz more than Kylie at this age! She is 10 months today and the cutest little baby in the whole wide world!
